• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
• Due to the nature of health supplements, opened or partially used items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

• Once approved, ship the item back to the address provided within 14 days of approval.
• Include a copy of your order confirmation for a smoother process.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
• Exchanges for the same product are available if stock permits; contact us to confirm.

Defective or Damaged Items

• If your Comfort or Balance tablets arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos for evidence.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased with a discount code exceeding 20% off.
• Products past their expiration date or tampered with.
